I started out in real estate in 1998, right out of college as a loan officer. Then in 2002 my brother saw my success and joined me to buy, fix and re-sell homes. This is when I realized just how few real estate agents actually knew how to sell the homes we were flipping. I eventually made a decision to get licensed as a real estate agent and add on to my mortgage and house flipping careers. I continue to attend every training, coaching and certification event I can get my hands on. The investment in education of over $350,000 was worth every penny. My coaches have helped me to buy my time back and build a great team of people that make me more effective as a loan advisor and so I’m able to focus on my strengths as a listing agent and probate specialist. Ultimately this led to continued RAVING FANS and endless referrals of super happy clients. With more time on my hands, this allowed me to give back and coach and train not only my team, but also help other real estate agents and loan officers to reach their true potential. I love the fact that I am surrounded by like-minded individuals that want to contribute to each other success (The Wolfpack). Thank you for allowing me to continue to serve.
